It can be installed on the main water supply pipe or crossbar water pipe to give an electric signal of water flow in a small area of a sub-area. This electric signal can be sent to the electric control box. It can also be used to activate the control switch of the fire pump.

The water flow indicator series produced by our factory has ZSJZ (AM) with delay circuit and ZSJZ (B type) without delay circuit. Each model has: 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200. Seven specifications for different pipelines, water flow indicator with delay circuit. The delay time is adjusted to 30s at the factory. If the user needs other time, our factory can supply according to the requirements. The connection methods are: flange, pipe thread 'groove, welding, wire mouth five types for users to choose.

Third, installation and maintenance

1. ZSJZ type <Flange type> Water flow indicator installation is directly connected with the pipe flange by the three-way flange. It is suitable for pipe diameters above 100mm and the length of the three-way pipe is 180mm.

2, ZSJZ type (saddle type) 7K flow reminder is suitable for transformation, expansion of public works, clamp-type connection pipeline engineering. Easy to install and quick, there are only two fastening bolts.

3, ZSJZ type <trench type> 7_K flow indicator installation is clamped in the pipe network, easy to install.

4. ZSJZ type <welding type> water flow indicator installation is carried out at the predetermined position, according to the product specifications, respectively, the cobalt hole, then the water flow indicator base is removed and welded on the pipeline, and the inner wall iron tumor is removed, and the drilling size is below 80. Specifications, drilling Φ33mm, drilling hole Φ48mm above 100.

7. Connect the water flow indicator pipeline. It must be ensured that the length of the straight pipe before and after the return is not less than 5 times the diameter of the pipeline. The installation should ensure that the water flow indicator is perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the pipeline. The direction of the arrow on the nameplate should be consistent with the direction of the water flow. Port debugging and regular inspection, can open the end of the zone test device, discharge the water flow for simulation test, check whether the water flow indicator is modified, if the fault is found, 'the water flow indicator and the reporting device should be checked separately to eliminate the fault and make the system It is in the servo state.
